At Armaf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we cannot accept returns for products that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our centralized distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item is in its original, sellable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
